  Terrible experience at Schwab. Had dealt with the salesman over the phone on a vehicle. Asked if there was pets in the vehicle, salesman said “there have been no pets and not a hair in it”. I asked if there were any major dents or scratches, salesman said “this vehicle is immaculate. Not a dent or scratch on it. You have my word. I’m not one to lie about anything. I’m honest, I wouldn’t want to be lied to so I won’t lie to you”. I took the drive up to Leduc (3.5 hours), looked at the vehicle for a total of 3 minutes and walked away very disappointed. There was pet hair all over the vehicle, numerous scratches down both sides and dents all over. I just want to say it was a very disappointing experience.
