  I had the screen and back glass on my Samsung Galaxy S7 replaced for a cost of $300 service was fine, took almost 2 hours. The next day the glass on the back cracked again in my hand, I can only assume from improper installation. I called to see what they could so to help me out and I was told it would cost an additional $20 and the the glass wouldn't crack by itself. I don't feel as though I should be required to shell out addition money due to an improper install!
